Natural Gas Procurement for the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis

This contract involves the procurement of natural gas for various public sector entities participating in the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis purchasing group. Suppliers will be responsible for all necessary actions and agreements with the Distribution System Operator (DSO) to facilitate the change of gas supplier and ensure the effective commencement of gas sales. This includes terminating existing comprehensive contracts and notifying the DSO of new gas sales agreements. Deliveries will be made under separate contracts by individual public entities, which will act as separate payers. The gas supply will comply with the Energy Law and relevant regulations, ensuring that the gas meets technical standards. Suppliers must maintain quality service standards and handle complaints from buyers. A secure online portal for invoice access and gas consumption monitoring must be available for buyers. Suppliers must have a valid agreement with the local DSO to sell gas through their distribution network.
