Construction of a Tramway Track in Bydgoszcz

This contract involves construction work for a dual-track tramway along Solskiego Street in Bydgoszcz, from Kujawski Roundabout to Bielicka Loop. The project is divided into two phases: Phase I covers the section from Kujawski Roundabout to Bielicka Street, including the tram loop, while Phase II extends from the tram loop on Bielicka Street to the end of the project area. The work will be carried out by the City Roads and Public Transport Authority in Bydgoszcz and the Municipal Waterworks and Communication Company. The project is funded under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment 2021-2027 program. Suppliers are encouraged to conduct a site visit to better understand the project requirements. The contractor must employ workers under a labor contract for the duration of the project, excluding certain roles such as designers and suppliers. The contract does not allow for partial bids or variant offers, and all work must be completed as a single project to ensure coordination and efficiency.
