Technical Planning Services for Cycling Infrastructure – Delbrück-Hövelhof Priority Cycle Route

This project is part of the 'Regional Everyday Cycling Network East Westphalia-Lippe (Radnetz OWL)' initiative, which aims to create a comprehensive and safe everyday cycling network in the region. The project identifies several cycling routes with significant potential for cyclists, categorized into three network categories. The connection between Delbrück and Paderborn has been designated as a Category I route (the highest category) within this everyday cycling network. As such, it will be developed as a priority cycle route. The Paderborn district and the road construction authority have entered into a planning agreement, whereby the Paderborn district is responsible for the tendering of planning services for the Delbrück-Paderborn priority cycle route on behalf of the road construction authority. The tender includes phases 1 and 2 of the services as per HOAI 2021.
