Digital Testing Environment for Financial Sector Regulatory Sandbox

This public procurement contract involves the rental of a digital testing environment for a regulatory sandbox in the financial sector, including the provision of technical support. Detailed specifications are provided in Appendix 10 of the tender documentation, referred to as the 'technical specification.' Additional requirements, including deadlines for completion, are outlined in Appendix 11, which contains the draft contract. The digital testing environment must be available for rental to the contracting authority until December 31, 2026. Furthermore, the contracting authority specifies that the required solution must include certain types of tests available for entities within the digital testing environment, including at least the following: - penetration testing - load testing - API testing - blockchain - DoS / DDoS - SQL injection - phishing and pharming.
