    Brief

This contract involves the purchase of one digital ceiling X-ray system, which includes the following components: patient table, X-ray generator, X-ray tube, collimator, digital detector, ceiling tube support structure, Bucky stand, and image processing capabilities. The supplier must provide training in Hungarian at the installation site for the offered equipment, including user-level training. An electronically searchable user manual in Hungarian must be provided upon delivery of the equipment. The price of the offered equipment must include costs for any architectural work required during installation, such as demolition, painting, ceiling construction, sprinkler relocation with related planning, and necessary relocation of vents (anemostats). The medical device must have a manufacturer's declaration of conformity and a CE certification, confirming compliance with relevant medical device regulations. Only new (not used or refurbished) equipment is acceptable. The winning bidder is responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, as well as providing Hungarian-language training for up to two people at the installation site for a minimum of four hours. A minimum warranty of 24 months is required, and the winning bidder must provide regular maintenance as prescribed by the manufacturer during the warranty period, with a response time of 24 hours for any repairs. Additional technical specifications are included in the procurement documents. The primary goal is to facilitate rapid and accurate X-ray diagnostics, assisting radiology technicians and doctors in emergency care situations. The average workload is 350 exposures per 24 hours, with continuous operation required (24/7), making high durability, reliability, and stable performance essential. The patient demographic includes a range from mobile hand injury patients to bedridden patients in poor condition, as well as polytrauma patients arriving by board. Examination types include all existing X-ray images (chest, spine, skull, hand, etc.), under various conditions: 1. on a Bucky table; 2. at a Bucky stand; 3. using a 'free panel' on an examination table, stretcher, or hospital bed. Further technical parameters are detailed in the procurement documents.
