Forest Management Services in Kozienice for 2026

This contract is for forest management services as defined in Article 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Forest Act of September 28, 1991. The services include activities related to forest cultivation and protection, fire prevention, timber harvesting and extraction, seed production, nursery management, and recreational development of the forest. These services will be carried out in the Kozienice Forest District in 2026. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding additional contracts as specified in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, within three years from the date of the primary contract award. The scope of these additional services will not exceed 20% of the value of this contract. The planned start and end dates for the contract execution are January 2, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
