    Brief

    This public procurement contract involves establishing a Framework Agreement that outlines the contractual terms for fulfilling individual orders. The main objectives include: a) securing licenses (rights to intellectual property and usage rights) for IBM software products and providing support for these products, b) offering services related to the fulfillment mentioned in point a). The services in point b) are detailed in Section 3 of the Tender Documentation (Appendix 1, Section II.), according to the requirements of the members of the contracting authority consortium regarding the procurement based on the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement, as per § 131 ZZVZ, will be concluded with a single Supplier. Individual contracts will be signed based on the Framework Agreement according to the conditions specified in Section 3 of the Tender Documentation. The contracting authority will order services based on the Framework Agreement as needed. Detailed information is provided in the tender documentation.
