Medical Supplies Contract in Romania

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the submission deadline. All requests for clarifications must be sent through SEAP. This framework agreement aims to supply various medical materials (dressings, kits, bandages) for a duration of 24 months. Detailed requirements and specifications for the products to be purchased are included in the terms of reference. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is between 230,187.00 and 5,121,166.00 lei, excluding VAT. Minimum and maximum quantities for the lots are specified in the terms of reference and its annex. These quantities are based on average consumption from previous years. The main objective of the contract is to procure various medical supplies. Subsequent contracts will be concluded for 6 to 12 months depending on needs and allocated funds.
