Wastewater and Water Supply Planning Services for Nienstedt

The South Harz Water Association is seeking planning services for the wastewater infrastructure development in the locality of Nienstedt. This includes the construction of sewage and stormwater channels, along with the necessary property connections, and the renewal of drinking water pipes and their associated house connections. Additionally, a connection line from Nienstedt to Wolferstedt and the establishment of the main pumping station in Nienstedt, along with other special structures (ventilation and flushing points), are planned. The project will be divided into two construction phases. The South Harz Water Association requires planning services according to HOAI for performance phases 3-8 from a suitable planning office. The contract will be awarded gradually based on progress. Initially, performance phases 3-4 will be commissioned, with the need-based commissioning of phases 5-8 planned for a later date, depending on progress. The project includes the following rough quantities: 1. Sewage: approximately 2,920 m DN 200 in free fall, about 2 local pumping stations, approximately 200 m pressure line, and about 100 property connection lines. 2. Stormwater: approximately 135 m DN 300, DN 400 in free fall, and about 16 property connection lines. 3. Drinking Water: approximately 2,320 m drinking water line DN 150 / DN 100. 4. Connection Line: approximately 2,800 m connection line Nienstedt-Wolferstedt DN 125 and main pumping station.
