Construction of Primary Schools in France

This contract involves the construction of a new school complex in the Grand'Rue area of Pont Nyckès, Quai de Cherbourg. The project will combine the Gambetta School (for both nursery and elementary levels) and the Daudet School (nursery). It includes the construction of 19 classrooms (12 for elementary and 7 for nursery), a school cafeteria, facilities for after-school care, and a multipurpose room. The contract has optional phases as defined in the specifications, and each lot will be awarded separately. Payments will be made at fixed prices.
