Germany – Computer Systems and Accessories – Modernization and Expansion of Existing Backup and Recovery Infrastructure

This contract involves the delivery and installation of hardware and software components to modernize and expand the existing backup and recovery infrastructure. The contractor is responsible for acceptance testing, migration, documentation, and training of staff. Work must begin immediately after the complete delivery of hardware and provision of all necessary documents and information by the client. The operational readiness must be achieved within 8 calendar weeks after hardware delivery. Any changes to this timeline can only be agreed upon at the project start (e.g., during a kick-off meeting). Delays caused by circumstances under the client's responsibility (e.g., scheduling issues, special internal tasks, unforeseen events, or emergencies) will extend the deadline accordingly. Such circumstances must be communicated to the contractor in writing and coordinated together. The contractor must ensure that qualified personnel are available during the period to meet the specified deadline.
