Personnel Services Contract

This contract involves the formal employment of flexible staff, including payroll management and tax contributions. Key responsibilities include drafting, managing, and terminating employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social security, and privacy laws. A digital system will be provided for the registration, management, and deregistration of employees. Timely and accurate salary processing, including reimbursements, vacation pay, and pension contributions, is required. Support for employees regarding contracts, pay slips, and working conditions will be provided. Regular reports on personnel deployment, costs, and absenteeism will be delivered to SCOL. Proactive advice on relevant legal changes is also expected. This is a framework agreement for two years, with the possibility of four one-year extensions, totaling a maximum duration of six years. The contract will expire either at the end of the contract years (including optional years) or upon exceeding the maximum contract value of €2,500,000 excluding VAT.
