    Brief

    The Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems (IPMS) is seeking suppliers for the upgrade of its existing process monitoring system, specifically the mesc21-11 (Nanofocus topography measurement system, serial number 700259). This upgrade involves the installation of an automatic handling system for wafers within a controlled environment. The new system will be capable of managing wafers from a SEMI 300 mm Front Opening Unified Pod (FOUP) to the existing measurement tool. Additionally, it will facilitate the introduction of 200 mm wafers into a compatible adapter, allowing processing on standard 300 mm tools, and will handle the 200 mm wafers in the adapter into a SEMI standard 300 mm FOUP. This project aims to enhance the efficiency and capabilities of the current measurement system.
