Procurement of Animal-Themed Toys and Souvenirs

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the supply of toys and souvenirs featuring animal themes (not limited to animals found in zoos) and additional related products for the Zoo Brno souvenir shops and the Zoo Brno e-shop. The framework agreement sets the binding conditions for fulfilling the contract throughout its duration. Only participants of the framework agreement who have been invited to submit a bid can respond to the public procurement based on this framework agreement (in a mini-tender). Detailed specifications of the procurement, including technical conditions necessary for bid preparation, are provided in the tender documentation. According to Section 133 of the law, the contracting authority will select the supplier for the framework agreement following the procedures outlined in Article 15 of these tender conditions. For the evaluation of bids, the contracting authority has prepared a Model Basket of selected items – see Table 3 titled 'Model Basket,' which is part of this tender documentation. The Model Basket contains a general description of the items being purchased. Each item in the Model Basket includes a brief description, and for some items, there is a requirement to specify a particular type of animal. The Model Basket also includes an estimate of the quantity that may be ordered over a 12-month period. The contracting authority will order all products according to specific requirements and actual needs, specifying which item from the Model Basket is being requested and indicating the specific type of animal required for that order. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase all listed items or the estimated quantities from the Model Basket.
