Germany – Pharmaceutical Discount Contracts 2025-34 - Formoterol/Glycopyrronium/Budesonide

The Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) aims to establish discount contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the combination of active ingredients Formoterol/Glycopyrronium/Budesonide, in accordance with § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V. The contract will be concluded under TK's Open House Original procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, and uniform conditions will apply. TK does not guarantee exclusivity to any individual contracting partner. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting from December 1, 2025, and will end no later than November 30, 2027, regardless of the contract conclusion date. If the patent expires or market exclusivity ends before the aforementioned end date, the contract will automatically terminate at the end of the month of patent expiration or market exclusivity. Participation in this Open House Original procedure is possible at any time during the contract duration. Due to existing industrial property rights concerning the active ingredient or the combination of active ingredients in question, the participation and contract documents will only be provided to those pharmaceutical companies that offer or intend to offer medicines with the active ingredient or combination of active ingredients during the contract duration. The stated binding period is not relevant in this context and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
