Brief

Multi-party framework agreement seeking qualified engineering consultants to provide consultancy and Pre-Scheme Design Programme (PSDP) services for building projects in Ireland from 2026 to 2030. The framework will support the Local Authority's building decarbonisation and modernisation initiatives across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical (CSA and M+E) disciplines. Services include energy efficiency upgrades, heat pump integration, building services optimisation, photovoltaic (PV) feasibility studies, electrical upgrades, Building Management System (BMS) strategy, and related technical advisory across the Local Authority's building portfolio. Suitable engineering consultants with proven competence in these technical areas are invited to apply.
