Construction Contract for the Modernization of the Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie

This contract involves the modernization of the Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie. Key tasks include: renovating the building's usable space, replacing heating systems and radiators, updating plumbing and electrical installations, enhancing mechanical ventilation, insulating the roof and external walls, replacing some external fixtures, installing a ramp for individuals with reduced mobility, constructing a concrete elevator shaft and installing an elevator, replacing flooring and internal fixtures, and landscaping the area to create a summer reading garden with pathways and small architectural elements. The selected contractor will provide a warranty of at least 36 months for installed equipment and at least 60 months for other work, starting from the date of final acceptance. The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Territorial Development, aimed at enhancing the role of culture and tourism in subregional development.
