Construction Works for School Building in Bremervörde

The project involves renovation and expansion of the Bremervörde primary school. The existing building is a two-story structure with a reinforced concrete skeleton. A single-story extension and a connecting corridor to the adjacent school building are planned. The existing load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete columns, ceilings, and ribbed and cassette ceilings. New exterior walls will be constructed using solid bricks, while the interior walls will be built using drywall in the existing structure and solid masonry in the extension. The building will feature a new facade made of facing bricks in the parapet area and as wall pillars, as well as on the extension. Additionally, a thermal insulation composite system with tiles will be installed between the wall pillars and facade panels. The footprint of the new construction is approximately 3,034 square meters, with a gross volume of about 15,620 cubic meters.
