Road Maintenance Contract in France

This is a multi-award framework contract for road maintenance and improvement works in the Community of Communes of Montereau. The contract will last for 12 months from the date of notification and can be extended three times for an additional 12 months each time. Up to four suppliers may be awarded the contract, provided there are enough compliant applications and offers. The annual order value ranges from a minimum of 500,000 Euros to a maximum of 5,000,000 Euros. Subsequent contracts will be awarded based on this framework agreement and will be subject to competition among the selected suppliers as needed. Any works estimated to exceed 1,000,000 Euros will follow a separate procedure. The framework agreement includes a mandatory social inclusion clause in accordance with public procurement regulations.
