Software Procurement Services for the Municipality of De Fryske Marren

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement starting January 1, 2026, with one contractor to assist the Municipality of De Fryske Marren. The selected software broker will partner with the municipality in acquiring and renewing licenses for standard software. This role includes providing services and market knowledge to ensure efficient, lawful, and effective procurement, as well as managing standard software products effectively. The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is €400,000, excluding VAT, with a total estimated value of €1,600,000 over the entire duration. The maximum value of this contract is set at €2,400,000.
