Transnasal Video Gastroscope Procurement

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of one transnasal video gastroscope for GEHO, as specified in the attached document "Annex ZD, Minimum Technical Parameters." The delivery includes transportation to the installation site and commissioning of the device, along with training. The minimum technical requirements, including the technical specifications of the devices and accessories, are detailed in the attached procurement documentation. The contracting authority has set the technical conditions for this public procurement, specifying minimum technical requirements (technical parameters). Numerical technical parameters that are not defined as boundary values (i.e., not specified as "minimum" and/or "maximum") can be offered within a tolerance range of ±10% as acceptable by the contracting authority. For numerical technical parameters defined as boundary values (i.e., specified as "minimum" and/or "maximum"), this tolerance range is already included by the contracting authority to ensure that the offered device meets the specified medical purpose (diagnostic and therapeutic use) and cannot deviate from these values. Participants must meet the requirements by offering the requested technical parameters or better, meaning a minimum required value that is higher or a maximum required value that is lower, provided the medical purpose is fulfilled. If there are doubts about the technical parameters of the offered goods, the contracting authority reserves the right to request a demonstration of the offered goods by the supplier. The supplier will be invited to demonstrate the goods by the contracting authority's staff. The demonstration will take place at the contracting authority's workplace or another agreed location, at a time agreed upon by both parties. The supplier will provide the necessary cooperation to the contracting authority. A written report will be prepared following the demonstration. The delivery will include devices, accessories, and consumables (which are part of the delivery) in the latest version available for the specific type of product.
