    Brief

This contract opportunity involves the maintenance and servicing of automation systems in the KST tunnel. The contracting authority has outlined the requirements in the following documents: Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ, and the scope of work along with attachments, which is Annex 5 to the SWZ. If any manufacturer names, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications, or reference systems are mentioned in the attachments, equivalent products may be proposed. The contracting authority will accept solutions that achieve the intended effect using different technical means, provided they demonstrate the same or very similar utility value. The mention of specific manufacturers or standards is intended to set minimum quality parameters and characteristics that the goods must meet to fulfill the contracting authority's requirements. The minimum warranty period required is 12 months, with a maximum of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. Offers with a warranty period shorter than 12 months will be rejected. The contract execution period is 24 months from the date of signing the contract. The contracting authority requires that workers performing specified tasks be employed under a labor contract. A site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer, scheduled for the night of November 6-7, 2025, after the last tram at 23:55. The visit must be arranged at least two days in advance with Mr. Jacek Iwanicki at 515-008-848. A protocol signed by both parties will confirm the site visit.
