The contracting authority is seeking to purchase medical supplies for a period of 24 months under a framework agreement and subsequent contracts. The Botoșani County Ambulance Service intends to acquire these supplies to ensure emergency medical assistance in the pre-hospital phase. This procurement is essential for delivering medical services within the Botoșani County Ambulance Service. Funding will be provided from the state budget through the Ministry of Health. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is as follows: LOT 1 – 59,155.20 lei, LOT 2 – 7,430.40 lei, LOT 3 – 41,630.40 lei, LOT 4 – 92,736.00 lei, LOT 5 – 56,160.00 lei, LOT 6 – 82,224.00 lei, LOT 7 – 106,704.00 lei, LOT 8 – 18,504.00 lei, LOT 9 – 45,288.00 lei, LOT 10 – 77,760.00 lei, LOT 11 – 121,248.00 lei, LOT 12 – 10,656.00 lei, LOT 13 – 10,944.00 lei, LOT 14 – 43,200.00 lei, LOT 15 – 188,049.60 lei, LOT 16 – 67,680.00 lei, LOT 17 – 25,200.00 lei, LOT 18 – 131,040.00 lei, LOT 19 – 144,000.00 lei. It is anticipated that a subsequent contract will be concluded quarterly for each lot. The proposed dates in the estimated calendar represent the contracting authority's intention and are not a firm commitment regarding the awarding of subsequent contracts, assuming no unforeseen events or circumstances arise that could not be considered at the time of initiating the awarding procedure, and that the necessary financial resources are secured. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 13 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
