    Brief

This contract involves the collection, transportation, management, administrative reporting, and traceability of dewatered sewage sludge, whether lime-treated or not, from INASEP wastewater treatment plants to a reuse pathway. Thermal recovery is excluded from this contract. Temporary storage at an intermediate site may occur. Suppliers are encouraged to propose innovative reuse pathways, and additional points will be awarded for options other than direct agricultural reuse. For example, sludge can be reused in agriculture after co-composting or biodigestion. Each supplier can propose multiple pathways for the estimated quantities, but they must commit to using each one. The supplier must specify the percentage of lime treatment for the dry matter of sludge produced. INASEP will provide lime treatment, but the supplier must comply with all relevant legislation. The average cost for lime treatment is set at 28 euros per ton of treated sludge, based on a 20% lime proportion. The contract covers an estimated annual quantity of 21,722 tons of treated or untreated sewage sludge. Detailed logistics for container removal are outlined in Annex C, and suppliers must ensure optimal logistical follow-up. The contract is divided into several lots, each corresponding to different locations.
