Romania – Construction of Bridges and Tunnels, Wells and Underpasses – Procurement of Design Services, Technical Assistance, and Execution of Works for the Investment Project “ELEVATED ROAD UNDERPASS IN THE ROUNDABOUT AREA ON DN 39, KM 14+280”

The project involves the procurement of design services, technical assistance, and execution of works for the investment project “ELEVATED ROAD UNDERPASS IN THE ROUNDABOUT AREA ON DN 39, KM 14+280”. The goal is to alleviate traffic congestion on the national road DN 39 / E87, reduce fuel consumption, and decrease pollution in the studied area by minimizing the number of at-grade intersections. It aims to encourage public transport, reduce travel time, enhance green spaces, and plant trees and shrubs. This project complements the urban mobility project to be implemented in the access ramp area from Dorobantilor Street, both towards the roundabout and the northern ramp of Constanta. This investment aligns with the need for accessibility in the urban mobility project and public transport in Eforie city. Additionally, it complements the project currently managed by S.C. C.N.A.I.R. S.A., the Techirghiol Alternative (which is in the public bidding process) and the project managed by UAT Eforie, which involves the construction of elevated pedestrian crossings under the national road DN 39. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers/applications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
