Document Management System Implementation for Hospital Processes

This contract involves the implementation of a document management system that utilizes AI algorithms to automate and optimize hospital processes at the Voivodeship Hospital in Jelenia Góra. The project includes the deployment of an Electronic Document Flow and Business Process Automation System (SEOD) integrated with the SIMPLE.ERP system. Key components of the contract include: a) Providing licenses and implementing the SEOD system for various functional areas, including: dedicated registers and workflows for incoming and outgoing correspondence, internal correspondence, case files, invoice processing, contract management, procurement requests, and employee evaluations. b) Integrating SEOD with existing systems such as Simple, Active Directory, e-PUAP, and others. c) Configuring SEOD with scanners and the buyer's email address. d) Conducting training for the buyer's staff. e) Providing one-day launch support and unlimited remote technical assistance for one month post-implementation. f) Offering warranty and technical support for 36 months after the system is implemented.
