    Brief

    This contract involves the ongoing supply of orthopedic implants for trauma surgery to the SP ZOZ MSWiA in Krakow. The procurement is divided into 17 lots, each representing a specific package of implants. Detailed descriptions of each lot can be found in Attachment No. 2 of the procurement documentation, which is divided into 17 sheets corresponding to the 17 packages. Suppliers should read this description alongside any amendments that may arise from responses to inquiries. The quantities listed are estimates for a 24-month period and will be used to calculate the bid price, determining the maximum payment to the supplier. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the purchase of certain items if there is no demand. The products offered must have a shelf life of at least 18 months from the delivery date and must be medical devices approved for sale and use in accordance with the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022. Requirements for the products include: 1. They must be packaged in original packaging; 2. Labels must contain all required information as per the Medical Devices Act; 3. Sterile product packaging must allow for aseptic opening and be appropriately sized and durable.
