Procurement of Dairy Products in Finland

This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (348/2007) and the general terms and conditions for public procurement (JYSE2009 goods). The procurement is a joint effort by the municipalities of Larsmo, Nykarleby, and Pedersöre. It covers the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional years, one year at a time. All bids must be submitted via Cloudia, and orders should be placed through an online ordering system. Service in Swedish is expected. The procurement quantities are indicative for the buyer (not fixed), and the annual consumption amounts are not binding. Dairy products will be delivered to our kitchens 2-3 times a week based on our needs.
