Geotechnical Investigations and Measurements for Road and Rail Projects

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is requesting your bids for a framework agreement to conduct soil and foundation investigations for road and rail projects, as outlined in this procurement notice, the request for proposals, and its attachments. The client will establish a framework arrangement for the tasks related to 'Geotechnical Investigations for Transport Infrastructure.' The framework agreement will be signed with at least four and a maximum of six suppliers. Positions 5 and 6 will be included in the framework arrangement if the price difference from the lowest bid is less than 25%. The number of contract partners may be less than four if there are fewer accepted bids. The contract period is three years from the signing of the agreement, with an option to extend the contract for up to one (1) year under the conditions specified in the agreement. The estimated value of the assignments based on the framework agreements is approximately 3,000,000 euros per year, totaling around 12,000,000 euros for the entire contract period, including the optional year. These figures are non-binding estimates. The tasks included in the framework arrangement and the terms of the framework agreement and assignments are detailed in the attached draft framework agreement. The framework agreement will be signed with each selected supplier in the framework arrangement.
