Netherlands – Computer Equipment and Supplies – End User Devices

The municipality of Vlaardingen, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, intends to procure advice and delivery of various ICT End User Devices through a European public procedure and to conclude a framework agreement with two contractors. Further orders within the framework agreement will be awarded through a mini-competition with the two (2) contractors. Additional orders with an estimated value lower than €10,000 (excluding VAT) can be ordered directly from one of the contractors via an order portal without a mini-competition. End User Devices primarily include, but are not limited to: • Laptops; • Tablets; • Monitors (with docking facility); • Mobile devices; • Printers; • Telecom accessories; • Other accessories and peripherals. The scope of the framework agreement includes, among other things: • The supply of hardware; • Handling of repairs under and outside warranty; • Advice on purchases. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €1,200,000.00 excluding VAT. If this maximum is reached or exceeded by a new additional order placed under the framework agreement, the framework agreement will no longer be effective. The contracting authority will then no longer award under this framework agreement and is entitled to terminate this agreement immediately, while any ongoing additional agreements remain in effect. The framework agreement will still apply to these additional agreements.
