This procurement opportunity involves providing design services for technical and economic documentation (DTE) related to investment works in the electricity distribution network (RED). The services include designing for technological buildings funded from internal sources or financial contributions, as well as for network extensions and connections to the RED. Key tasks include: - Developing DTE phases such as solution studies for consumers/producers, site release studies, feasibility studies, and execution technical projects. - Conducting topographic surveys, preparing cadastral and geotechnical documentation, and technical expertise. - Preparing documentation for obtaining necessary approvals and agreements, including construction permits and environmental impact studies. - Obtaining urban planning certificates and other required permits on behalf of the buyer, in compliance with current legislation. - Creating GIS documentation according to the buyer's methodology.
