Construction of Flooring for New Swimming Pool in Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab

The district of Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab is seeking suppliers for flooring work as part of the construction of a new indoor swimming pool located on the grounds of the gymnasium at Bildstraße, 92660 Neustadt a.d.Waldnaab. The construction site consists of one parcel of land, primarily a forest area and its adjacent spaces, with approximately 4,000 square meters available for development. The new swimming pool is planned as a two-story building, with the technical area in the basement at street level, about 4.0 meters below the ground floor. The foundation will consist of a 30 cm thick slab resting on a capillary-breaking gravel layer. The entire swimming pool will be designed to be accessible. The roof will be supported by thirteen wooden trusses resting on steel composite columns on the ground floor slab. The interior ceiling will be covered with acoustic panels forming a wavy geometric shape. The load-bearing exterior walls in the basement will be constructed as 30 cm thick reinforced concrete walls using precast elements. The pool walls will also be made of precast reinforced concrete. The load-bearing exterior walls on the ground floor will be wooden frame walls with a thickness of 24 cm. The load-bearing and bracing interior walls will be wooden frame walls with varying thicknesses according to the static concept, resting on approximately 30 cm high concrete bases. The floor slabs will primarily be made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 25 cm. The pool floors will be made of reinforced concrete with a thickness of 30 cm. The pool structure will consist of self-supporting stainless steel pools integrated into the reinforced concrete structure. The stairs will be constructed as precast concrete stairs. The roof structure in the swimming pool area will consist of wooden beams with a stiffening roof plate made of laminated veneer lumber, supported by steel composite columns and load-bearing wooden frame walls. The roof structure in the ancillary building (lobby, changing rooms, shower area) will also consist of wooden beams with a stiffening roof plate made of laminated veneer lumber, supported by load-bearing wooden frame walls.
