Food Supply Contract for Małopolskie Centrum Nauki Cogiteon

This contract involves the ongoing supply of food products for the Małopolskie Centrum Nauki Cogiteon. The contract is divided into several parts: Part I includes dry and canned goods; Part II covers dairy products; Part III includes various meats such as poultry, pork, beef, and game; Part IV is for fish; Part V covers frozen vegetables and fruits; Part VI includes fresh vegetables and fruits; Part VII is for ready-to-eat products; and Part VIII includes baked goods and sweet and savory snacks. Suppliers can submit partial offers for any number of parts, but each partial offer must include pricing for all items in that part, or it will be rejected. The supplier is responsible for transportation, insurance during transport, unloading, and delivery. Detailed descriptions and execution methods are provided in the attachments. The quantities listed are estimates and do not obligate the buyer to fulfill the entire order, but the buyer commits to a minimum of 10% of the order value. There is an option for additional supplies up to 100% of the original order value, but the buyer is not obligated to exercise this option. The buyer reserves the right to change quantities of specific products while maintaining unit prices within the maximum contract value.
