Green Space Maintenance Services in Săcele

The purpose of this four-year framework agreement is to provide services for the design and maintenance of parks, green spaces, and children's playgrounds in the municipality of Săcele. The services include: A.1) Mowing grass; A.2.1) Mowing grass under 40 cm; A.2.2) Mowing grass over 40 cm; and A.3) Trimming hedges. Suppliers can request clarifications regarding this documentation through the SEAP platform until 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will publish responses to these requests, along with the questions, in the SEAP platform, ensuring the confidentiality of the suppliers who made the requests. The winning supplier will be required to provide documentation proving their compliance with qualification criteria. If the top-ranked supplier fails to meet all criteria, the next supplier will be asked to submit the necessary documents for verification. The contracting authority reserves the right to request clarifications or additional information from suppliers if their submitted documents are incomplete or unclear.
