Public Transport Buses - Lease of 5 Used Low-Floor City Buses

The contract involves leasing 5 used low-floor city buses manufactured in 2020, powered by a diesel engine and an electric engine in a Mild Hybrid solution (soft hybrid). Plug-in hybrid solutions are not allowed. The buses must meet the following specifications: 1) Dimensions: a) total length – between 11,000 mm and 12,500 mm b) total width – up to 2,550 mm without mirrors c) total height – up to 3,300 mm (including air conditioning installation) 2) Mileage must not exceed 350,000 km. 3) Buses must be undamaged and not previously involved in accidents, with no visible bodywork or chassis corrosion. 4) Buses must comply with Polish regulations for vehicle approval and have a valid type approval certificate issued by the relevant minister, meeting the requirements of UN Regulation No. 107 for vehicles in categories M2 or M3. 5) All buses must be of the same brand, type, and version, ensuring uniformity in construction, technical parameters, equipment, and color. 6) Delivery location is the buyer's headquarters at ul. Gnieźnieńska 9 in Koszalin, with delivery costs borne by the supplier. 7) A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 8) The supplier must provide a minimum 3-month warranty on the chassis, drive system, and electrical system. 9) The supplier must provide electronic access to a spare parts catalog. 10) The buyer reserves the right to inspect the offered buses before selecting a bid. 11) Offers from suppliers from non-EU countries or in collaboration with such suppliers will be rejected. 12) Offers with less than 50% of products from EU member states or countries with equal treatment agreements with the EU will be rejected.
