This contract opportunity involves the renewal of mobile devices for home care staff, including tablets and smartphones, to support their daily tasks. These devices enable staff to perform various functions such as making and receiving calls, accessing and updating patient records, consulting medical reference documents, checking their activity schedules, sending and receiving emails, using GPS navigation to reach patients, and accessing contact directories or public transport schedules. Additionally, administrative staff may also be equipped with smartphones as needed. The current devices have a lifecycle of approximately four years, and this tender covers the renewal of around 4,200 tablets and 3,000 smartphones over the next four years. The contract may be extended for an additional year for a proportional number of devices based on the initial market.
