MRI Equipment and Facility Construction in Luban

This contract involves the construction and equipping of an MRI facility at the NZOZ Łużyckie Centrum Medyczne in Luban, Poland. The project must comply with the specifications outlined in the procurement documents and the first phase of the construction plan titled 'Expansion and modernization of medical infrastructure at NZOZ Łużyckie Centrum Medyczne in Luban, located at Zawidowska Street 4, focusing on the MRI facility and its specialized equipment.' The construction project is attached as Document 1.1, and an alternative construction project is attached as Document 1.2. The required technical and operational parameters for the MRI and its equipment are detailed in Document 2. The buyer will provide the construction project along with the valid decision, while the contractor is responsible for completing the remaining technical documentation (including technical and execution projects). If the proposed MRI model cannot be installed in the designed space, the contractor must redesign the facility to allow for installation. If an alternative project is necessary, obtaining the required agreements and permits will be the contractor's responsibility.
