Bulgaria – Tractors – Delivery of a New Tractor with Shredder for the Needs of the Southwestern State Enterprise

This contract involves the delivery of a brand new, unused tractor equipped with a shredder for the Southwestern State Enterprise. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the tractor meets all technical specifications outlined in the attached Technical Specification document. Additionally, the supplier must address any defects, discrepancies, or technical issues that arise, providing warranty repairs and service for both the tractor and the shredder. This procurement process is initiated under specific conditions, including the requirement for funding from the 'Environment' program for the years 2021-2027. If funding is not secured within three months of the contract signing, either party may terminate the contract without notice. If funding is not obtained within ten months, the contract will be considered terminated. Participants may submit only one offer, and alternative offers are not accepted. All costs related to the preparation and submission of offers are the responsibility of the participants, and they cannot claim reimbursement for these expenses regardless of the outcome of the procurement process.
