CAVUHB is seeking to procure an Energy Monitoring and Targeting System with associated resources to be deployed across its entire estate. The system will enable robust tracking of energy consumption and costs, including invoice validation and third-party tenant recharging capabilities. Key objectives include improving accuracy of energy consumption and cost reporting and forecasting, identifying areas for energy usage reduction, and supporting carbon emissions reduction initiatives. Suppliers should demonstrate experience in healthcare facility energy management, real-time monitoring capabilities, reporting functionality, and integration with existing building management systems.
