The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is seeking an experienced supplier to provide a comprehensive Managed Uniform Service (MUS). The successful supplier will manage the entire uniform supply chain for PSNI, ensuring consistent, uninterrupted delivery of diverse uniform products through professionally controlled, socially responsible, ethical, and environmentally sustainable supply chains. Key responsibilities include: sourcing garments and materials; planning and managing production of standard and made-to-measure uniforms; arranging bulk transport and secure storage; picking, packing, and scheduled delivery; managing inventory levels; absorbing existing stock; coordinating logistics; handling returns of rejected items; implementing quality control and assurance; and providing dedicated account management support. This is a full end-to-end service contract requiring expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and quality standards compliance.
