2025 Criminal Legal Aid Contract

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is seeking suppliers to provide publicly funded criminal legal aid services starting from October 1, 2025. Interested applicants must respond to the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the 2025 Standard Crime Contracts - Stage 3. The application period opens on May 1, 2025, and will remain open until approximately September 30, 2034, with the possibility of early termination. It is the applicant's responsibility to submit a complete tender before the deadline. Before submitting, applicants should read the Application Guide (AG) for detailed information on the procurement process, including tender submission and decision timelines. If an application is rejected, applicants can submit a new tender at any time while the application period is open. Ensure that your tender is fully completed to accurately represent your proposal for the 2025 Crime Contract.
