Vehicle Spares, Consumables and Workshop Equipment Framework 2026-2030

Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Authority seek suppliers for a multi-lot framework to provide vehicle spares, lubricants, bottled gases, and workshop equipment maintenance services. This four-lot framework replaces the current vehicle spares framework expiring March 2026. Lot 1 covers vehicle spares and parts; Lot 2 covers vehicle lubricants and associated products; Lot 3 covers bottled gases with collection of used bottles; and Lot 4 covers workshop tools and equipment maintenance, repair, and installation services. Successful suppliers must deliver to multiple workshop locations across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, maintain stock proactively, identify correct parts for diverse vehicle types, and ensure all products meet Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. Each lot will have a single appointed supplier enabling simple purchase order call-offs, though suppliers may bid for and be awarded multiple lots. An imprest stock digital system may be implemented during the framework period. Lot 4 suppliers will manage the full lifecycle of garage and workshop tools and equipment for servicing cars, light goods vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, plant, and specialist fleet across various locations.
