Independent Building Safety Auditing Services

Platform Housing Group is seeking an experienced auditing contractor to provide independent third-party audit services covering a comprehensive range of building safety and compliance activities. The successful contractor will conduct audits across the following areas: gas safety inspections, electrical safety inspections, renewable heating systems, solid fuel and oil-fired heating systems, asbestos surveys, Legionella risk assessments, passenger lift maintenance, fumes investigations, and Display Screen Equipment Assessments (DSEARs). This role requires expertise in building regulations compliance, health and safety standards, and the ability to deliver thorough, professional auditing services to ensure all properties meet required safety standards.
