Planned Maintenance Contractor Framework - Two-Lot Opportunity

Radius Housing is establishing a Planned Maintenance Contractor Framework and inviting applications from experienced contractors. Applicants may apply for one or both of the following lots: LOT 1 - Cyclical Maintenance and Minor Works (up to £750,000 per project): This lot covers planned maintenance work including kitchen, bathroom, and window replacements, plus minor works such as disability adaptations, extensions, and internal alterations. Works apply to both occupied and void properties. Estimated annual spend: £5-8 million. LOT 2 - Multi-Element Improvement Projects (typically £500,000-£2,500,000, up to £5,000,000+): This lot covers larger-scale refurbishment projects involving multiple units and communal spaces, or work outside Lot 1's scope. Works apply to both occupied and void properties. Estimated annual spend: £5-8 million. All applicants must meet the Eligibility Criteria outlined in the CFP Stage 1 Eligibility Questionnaire for their selected lot(s).
