    Brief

    The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) is seeking a Regional Delivery Partner to deliver the TechYouth programme across London. TechYouth is the youth strand of TechFirst, the Government's flagship digital and technology skills initiative designed to address the skills shortage in the tech sector and support growth in this key industry. As a Regional Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for: - Delivering skills-building activities and career inspiration events to schools and colleges across the London region - Supporting young people (particularly students aged 14-16) to develop digital skills and gain confidence with AI technologies - Providing insights into diverse technology career pathways - Partnering with local industry and academic institutions to enhance programme delivery - Encouraging uptake of digital and computing qualifications among all student groups, with particular focus on girls and students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds The programme aims to reach 1 million students across the UK and create a sustainable, diverse pipeline of future technology professionals. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on young people's career prospects while supporting growth in one of the Government's eight priority growth sectors.
