Supply of Printed Matter for Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board

Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the supply of printed materials to support its schools, centres, and offices throughout 2025. This is an open procurement competition for qualified suppliers. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis through a call-off system, with order sizes varying depending on specific requirements from individual institutions. The contract requires year-round availability and flexibility to fulfill diverse printing needs. Indicative supplies include: letterhead sheets, compliment slips, receipt books, certificates, certificate holders, document wallets, visitor sign-in books, brochures, booklets, posters, flyers, roller banners, reports, purchase order books, and business cards. Suppliers should note that journals, diaries, and handbooks are excluded from this procurement. Interested suppliers must demonstrate capability to deliver quality printed products reliably and consistently to meet the education sector's ongoing operational needs.
