Workforce Management and eRostering Software Extension

Organization seeking to extend its existing workforce management software contract with incumbent supplier RLDatix for HealthRoster Optima suite (including HealthRoster Optima, Loop, SMS, Allocate DataHub, MedicOnDuty, eRota, eJobPlan Medics, eJobPlan AHP, ActivityManager, CloudStaff, LOOP Locate, and LOOP Engage). The current contract expires 31 August 2026. This extension will maintain continuity of service for staff scheduling, rostering, job planning, and exception reporting across all staff groups while ensuring compliance with medical staff contractual obligations. The extension provides continuity during preparation for a full re-procurement exercise to be conducted in parallel.
