Moving Services for Home Office Furniture

The Netherlands Labor Authority (NLA) employs approximately 825 inspectors responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, labor market regulations, labor relations, and social security systems. These inspectors operate throughout the country without a fixed office location, working remotely from their homes. Employers fully support these inspectors by providing all necessary home office furniture and supplies to facilitate optimal work conditions. The required home office furniture includes: • Desks • Office chairs • Filing cabinets • Ergonomic seating (non-standard) The NLA is seeking a service provider for the storage of home office furniture and research materials, as well as the transportation of home office furniture to the private addresses of NLA inspectors. The services required include: I. Storage and transportation of home office furniture; II. Storage and transportation of research materials; III. Occasional cleaning of home office furniture that will be reused.
