The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification in a clear and complete manner 13 days before the submission deadline. The total value of the contract is 91,440,000 RON (excluding VAT). The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expected to be awarded during the framework agreement is 31,680,000 RON (excluding VAT). The estimated minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested throughout the framework agreement are 15 and 127 products, respectively. The estimated calendar for the frequency and value of contracts to be awarded is generally annual.
