Roofing Work for New Sports and Community Park in Tappenbeck

The project involves the construction of a new Sports and Community Park in Tappenbeck, which will consist of several buildings under a large roof, serving as a shared space for athletes, events, and the local community. The three building sections include a large shooting hall, a clubhouse for the sports club, and a community event space. The clubhouse and community center are designed as solid wood structures with a reinforced concrete base. The clubhouse is single-story, while the community center is two-story with a restaurant on the upper floor. The shooting hall will be constructed using a mix of masonry and reinforced concrete and will also be single-story. The foundations for the community center, restaurant, and both clubhouses will include a load-bearing floor slab with frost protection and strip foundations. The main part of the facades will feature a ventilated wooden facade, with some sections clad in fiber cement panels. The covered multifunctional sports field will be an outdoor hall with a small playing field, designed for year-round use regardless of weather conditions. LED lighting will be installed for evening use. The small playing field is expected to be equipped with a barrier system, ball-catching nets, and integrated goals. The construction site is located within the development plan "Sports Center" amendment and extension dated July 2, 2024.
